In our 1:1 sessions, we will develop your customized trauma
recovery plan so you can take control of your trauma journey and recover faster.

In addition to 4 weekly sessions with me, you will get access to a video series that maps out the trauma recovery process as well as accompanying worksheets outlining what you really need to know about trauma recovery to reduce the overwhelm and uncertainty. This video series and homework is designed to maximize our 1:1 time together to ensure you get the best results, so you will need protected time to complete the prep work each week. There is approximately 15-30 minutes of weekly video content and the accompanying homework may take you about 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

You'll also get an additional 45-minute follow-up session a month after you’ve completed the program so we can check in together, see how you are doing, and what you might need next.
